All Sales Final - In-Store Pick-Up ONLY

ALL SALES FINAL: Due to the nature of our business and the fact that the inventory being sold on this site and in our store belongs to the individual who consigned it, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  The sale is final upon the completion of the transaction, whether the item has left the store or not since payment is automatically made to the consigners account.  This policy further extends to NO adjustments, negotiations, discounts, returns, swapping, bundling, mixing & matching, or exchanges. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws.

We will only refund based on questions of authenticity. If available, confirmation or proof from a recognized authority is necessary. The item must be postmarked for return within 48 hours. The 48 hours begins on the date the item is received via UPS documentation, or the date you pick it up in the store. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were sent. We will investigate the case and provide a refund for the item and the shipping costs if it is proven to be faux.

IN STORE PICK-UP ONLY: We do not ship. There are however 3rd-party companies that can do this for you. Please google and contract with them. Let us know if you decide to do this, and advise the 3rd-party that the max 48-hour pickup time applies to this kind of transaction. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you have chosen to pick your purchase up in the store, the same max 48-hour pickup time applies. 

A fee of $15 per day will be charged for late pick-ups. The item will be returned to the sales floor 10 days from the purchase date and no-refund will be given.  Please be timely as we want all of our customers to have a good experience when shopping The Exchange.
